Job Skills / Requirements Monday - Friday | 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to support evening cleaning operations at a professional automotive manufacturing and technology facility in the Auburn Hills area near the I-75 corridor. This position is focused on floor care and kitchenette cleaning within a busy facility environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, thorough, and comfortable using floor care equipment while helping maintain clean, organized, and professional spaces. Responsibilities Perform routine custodial duties throughout assigned areas of the facility Operate an automatic floor scrubber to clean and maintain hard surface floors Sweep, mop, and maintain assigned floor areas Clean and maintain kitchenettes, break areas, counters, tables, and shared surfaces Follow cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and equipment-use expectations Report equipment issues, supply needs, or facility concerns to management Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional workplace environment Requirements Previous janitorial, custodial, or floor care experience preferred Experience operating an automatic floor scrubber preferred Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic Ability to work independently and stay on task Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift Comfortable working in a professional automotive facility environment Pay: $15 per hour Additional Information / Benefits Competitive pay and steady, reliable hours Supportive managers who are involved and accessible Paid time off for eligible employees Opportunities to learn, grow, and advance A team-focused culture built on respect and accountability Benefits: Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off
