**Job Summary**: The PPS Company custodian is responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of all company facilities. They will operate under company guidelines and policies while performing daily custodial activities. These tasks include but are not limited to: **Essential Job Functions**: - Collects trash and any loose debris and places into designated containers. - Clean and sanitize all restrooms. - Sweeps and mops hard surface floors. - Vacuums all area rugs, conference room(s), carpeted offices, stairwells. - Cleans kitchen/breakroom area(s) including counters and floors. - Dusts and polishes furniture in common areas as needed. - Use basic cleaning compounds and disinfectants. **Qualifications**: - Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable form of transportation. - Works independently with little to no supervision. - Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. - Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred. - Authorized to work in the United States. **Job Type**: Part-time, hourly position **Pay**: $20-$24/hour DOE with a potential 60 day increase depending on ability. **Hours**: This position is part-time 30 hours max.
