Work active, hands-on shifts (standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25+ lbs). Tackle both indoor tasks and occasional outdoor seasonal upkeep. What We're Looking For A high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license. Great communication skills and the ability to follow verbal/written directions. 1 year of custodial experience is preferred (but not required).
