If you are passionate about cleanliness and enjoy making a difference, this role is perfect for you! **Responsibilities:** - Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. - Dust and sanitize surfaces, furniture, and fixtures to maintain a pristine environment. - Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste. - Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms as needed. - Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly. - Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with guidelines. - Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by management. - Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members. **Requirements:** - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Previous custodial or cleaning experience is a plus. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. - Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 50 lbs. - Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment. - Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. - Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. **About Us:** Office Pride of Northeastern Indiana has been serving the Fort Wayne community for over 25 years, providing top-notch commercial cleaning services.
