Custodian, Meade St Skilled Nursing (FT Days)

## Description **GENERAL SUMMARY:** Working under the direction of the Director, Environmental Services, the Custodian cleans and services the Skilled Nursing Center and office areas in a safe, efficient manner. Type of supervision exercised: none. Jobs reporting to this position: none. **EDUCATION:** High school graduate or equivalent preferred. **WORK EXPERIENCE:** Six (6) months of custodial experience is preferred. **SPECIAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:** Clearances required: PA State Police criminal history check and PA Department of Aging FBI fingerprint clearance (if applicable). **ACCIDENT OR HEALTH HAZARDS:** Occasional exposure to communicable diseases and body substances. Occasional exposure to various chemicals and cleaning agents. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** Normally within office environment or health care facility. Occasional ground maintenance required as well.
