Duties included dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, individual offices, and breakroom. Other duties include high dusting, changing out of light bulbs, periodic stripping and waxing floors, carpet cleaning and shampooing. ## Requirements Physical requirements include but are not limited to the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs., pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, standing, and ability to walk up and down stairwells. - Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience. - Ability to operate basic machinery. - Familiar with cleaning public areas and using various cleaning products desired. - Good communication and customer service skills. - Ability to maintain a positive attitude and follow instructions. **** **Qualifications** - Minimum of 6 months janitorial experience. - Candidates will need to complete a background check - Candidates will need to complete a drug test. - Candidates must obtain and maintain security clearance. ****
