If you're passionate about recovery and want to impact others in a meaningful way - we warmly invite you to join our growing family! **What You'll Do** • Maintain the cleanliness and smooth function of property and plant • Perform routine custodial duties such as cleaning, restocking, removing garbage etc. • Provide consistent operational support as required by the Executive Director • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of facility • Report on all activities completed, escalating any concerns to the Executive Director **What We're Looking For** • No formal education required • Minimum of two years' related experience preferred • If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required • Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills • Strong responsibility and attention to detail • Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles **Why Join Us?** Avenues features a rich, enjoyable workplace culture where each employee is valued and greatness is pursued.
