## Janitor / Custodian (Full-Time) **Location:** Statenville, GA **Position Type:** Full-Time **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM **Starting Pay:** $10.00 per hour ### Job Summary American Facility Services is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Janitor/Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for students, staff, and visitors. The successful candidate will perform routine cleaning and custodial duties throughout school facilities and grounds. ### Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, restrooms, cafeterias, hallways, and common areas. - Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wax floors as needed. - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. - Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces. - Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies. - Set up and arrange furniture for meetings, events, and school activities. - Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or needed repairs. - Secure buildings by locking doors and windows as required. - Assist with seasonal cleaning and special projects. - Follow all school district safety procedures and cleaning protocols. ### Background Screening Employment is contingent upon successful completion of all pre-employment requirements.
