Custodian - 2nd Shift JobID: 2090 Position Type: Classified Staff/Custodian Date Posted: 7/10/2026 Location: Burbank Early Childhood School Date Available: 07/20/2026 Additional Information: Show/Hide UPPER ARLINGTON CITY SCHOOLS Position: Custodian - 2nd shift Time Schedule: 12 months Building: Burbank Early Childhood School Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, Monday-Friday (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) Salary Rate or Ratio: Hourly $23.32 - $25.88 ($0.25 shift differential) Reports to: Mike Abbott, Executive Director of Operations Employment Status: Classified - Regular/Full-time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Probationary Period: 120 days Description: Provide a clean and safe environment for students, staff, and the community. Responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and minor maintenance tasks in the school building and on the adjacent property. Perform general custodial duties, e.g., empty trash, vacuum carpet, sweep, mop, dust, wax, and maintain. Assist the head custodian as needed with cleaning and maintenance during the school's daily operations. Work as a team to assist with the setup and teardown of school and non-school events.
