Overview Job Skills / Requirements Custodial Operations Assistant (Commercial Cleaning Experience Required) Schedule: 2nd Shift Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $60,000/year Location: serving Holland and surrounding areas Enviro-Clean Services, Inc. is seeking a Custodial Operations Assistant to support multiple accounts by ensuring quality service, strong customer relationships, and operational efficiency. This role provides hands-on support with new account start-ups, staff training, and coverage for management as needed. Key Responsibilities: Assist in training New Managers and Assistant Managers Participate in hiring, onboarding, and employee relations Provide coverage for Managers as needed Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met Contribute to the development of long-term action plans for accounts facing challenges.
