Cultivation Technician

The Cultivation Technician supports daily grow operations and cultivation practices to ensure high-quality plant production. This role involves hands-on plant care, adherence to regulatory and safety standards, and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. ## Requirements - Execute day-to-day assignments in coordination with grow operations and cultivation practices, including but not limited to general plant care, de-leafing and skirting, trellising/training plants, harvesting, cleaning, and data Input. - Adheres to all SOPs, compliance, and safety standards. - Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers. - Plant monitoring and care, focusing on the flower cycle but not limited to it. (i.e., Plant Maintenance, Canopy Health, Proper Fertigation, Scouting for pest/disease, etc.) - Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and bio-secure work environment. - Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear. - Maintain daily record keeping. (i.e., Plant Waste, Destruction, Cleaning logs, etc.) - Other projects/tasks, as requested by the direct manager. - Must be willing and able to occasionally work a flexible schedule as the business needs demand, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. - Management reserves the right to modify, add, or remove job duties at any time, with or without prior notice, in accordance with business needs.
