Daily tasks may include: - Cleaning and resetting grow rooms - Setting up pots and materials for transplanting - Transplanting and tagging plants - Cloning plants and maintaining clone trays - Assisting with irrigation and nutrient mixing - Monitoring plant health and reporting concerns - Applying biological controls and pesticides safely - Processing plant waste - Maintaining clean and sanitized work areas - Reporting faulty equipment or maintenance issues Teamwork and attention to detail are important parts of this role. * * * ## What We're Looking For You do not need prior cannabis experience to apply.
