# **Your Mission** - Processing and execution of clients’ crypto requests, including funds conversion from fiat to crypto and execution to the dedicated wallet/account in collaboration with compliance, reconciliation and payment execution teams; - Implement and manage processes of cryptocurrency transactions on behalf of the related parties within the company; - Close communication and use with crypto liquidity providers, crypto exchanges and trading platforms; - Currency risk mitigation via hedging instruments and platforms; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, and security, to conduct in-depth investigations; - Ensure timely and accurate entry of data into associated record-keeping tools, maintaining precise records for effective financial management; - Ensure required liquidity levels are met on the daily basis in cross-team collaboration; - Provide recommendations for mitigating risks and improving transaction monitoring processes; - Keep abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends related to crypto transaction monitoring. # **What Makes You a Great Fit** - 2+ years of experience in crypto operations, payment operations, treasury, or related fintech roles; - Practical experience with cryptocurrency transactions, wallets, exchanges, and blockchain infrastructure; - Understanding of crypto payment flows, including deposits, withdrawals, conversions, settlements, and liquidity management; - Experience working with crypto exchanges, liquidity providers, OTC desks, or payment providers; - Knowledge of blockchain networks, transaction monitoring, and basic understanding of blockchain explorers; - Experience with risk management, transaction analysis, and identifying suspicious activity patterns; - Understanding of compliance requirements related to crypto operations (KYC/KYB, AML, transaction monitoring); - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when working with financial data and transaction records; - Ability to work with large volumes of transactions and perform reconciliations; - Experience with spreadsheets and financial/operational tools (Excel/Google Sheets, reporting systems, dashboards); - Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners; - Fluent in Russian and good English level. # **Why You'll Love It Here** - Meaningful Impact: a chance to make a real impact by contributing directly to the growth of a leading fintech company in the payments space! - Career Development: we’re young, very ambitious, and serious about growth.
