Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to communicate with and manage elementary school-aged children Ability to identify and respond to emergency situations at school crossings Excellent judgement and decision-making ability Ability to command respect from motorists Ability to stand for 30 minutes or longer and walk several blocks to cross children at separate crossing locations when required Ability to work in inclement weather conditions Reliable transportation Compensation The hourly wage for this position, as well as Information regarding the fringe benefits associated with this position can be found on the attached document.
