This position supports the delivery and ongoing maintenance of mission-critical HRO IT initiatives, including the Back Home projects and the Damage Recovery Portal. Additional development capacity is required to meet firm delivery timelines, ensure system reliability and security, and reduce operational and project delivery risk. Responsibilities will include: - Develop and maintain system customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations. - Build front-end solutions using JavaScript, React, and PowerApps, and back-end services using .NET, C#, and Web APIs. - Partner with architects and QA teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions. - Handle special projects and initiatives as assigned.
