**Type:** PRN (as needed) shifts available **Position summary:** - Provide nursing care consistent with licensing standards to patients admitted to the Central Receiving Facility (CRF) under the Baker (mental health) or Marchman (substance use) Act. - Assess patient for medical and behavioral health needs. - Understand and execute admission, treatment, seclusion and restraint, and discharge orders. - Provide medical care in response to physician orders and treatment plan. - Checks, records, or arranges the completion of vital signs, as appropriate. Follows-up with individual served when vital signs are outside normal parameters. - Provide medical and/or behavioral health education and information to individuals served. - Maintain comprehensive records in the electronic medical record (EMR).
