# **Job Title:** Crew Resources Assistant Manager **Department**: Crew Resources **Reports To**: Manager of Crew Resources **SUMMARY:** The Assistant Manager of Crew Resources is responsible to ensure that all Crew Resource personal are properly trained. Essential functions and responsibilities include: **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Creates all training programs for the Crew Resource department 2. Creates and updates check lists 3. Update and manuals as needed including pushing publications to Comly365 4. Tracks department proficiency checks to ensure compliance with company policy 5. Maintaining work schedules of department personnel 6. Teaches new hire and recurrent crew resource training 7. Audits crew resource coordinator training records 8. Works with crew resource manager to perform all interviews and assists with hiring decisions for all new hire candidates 9. Bi-weekly department payroll 10. Accepts department on call responsibility 11. Any other duties deemed necessary by Manager **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES** The Assistant Manager is responsible for oversight of all department staff. **QUALIFICATIONS** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have good working knowledge of world geography and flight operations. Must possess exceptional attention to detail and abstract problem solving capabilities. Experience in a airline operational control center is preferred. **LANGUAGE SKILLS** Ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. # **MATHEMATICAL SKILLS** Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals **PHYSICAL DEMANDS** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
