We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and bilingual Crew Member / Project Runner to support our field operations by delivering materials, picking up construction supplies, assisting project teams, and ensuring our job sites have what they need to stay productive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the road, working with construction teams, and playing an essential role in the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities - Pick up and deliver construction materials, tools, and equipment to active job sites. - Retrieve orders from vendors, suppliers, and warehouses throughout South Florida. - Verify materials against purchase orders and packing slips before transport. - Assist with loading and unloading materials safely. - Transport documents, permits, and project-related items between the office and job sites. - Support Superintendents and Project Managers with daily project needs. - Maintain company vehicles in clean and safe operating condition. - Perform basic warehouse organization and inventory assistance as needed. - Run miscellaneous project-related errands while maintaining efficiency and professionalism. - Follow all company safety policies and traffic regulations. Qualifications - Must be bilingual (English & Spanish). - Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record (required). - Reliable transportation to report to the office or designated job site. - Ability to safely lift to 50 pounds. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. - Familiarity with South Florida roads and navigation. - Construction industry experience is preferred but not required. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. - Strong customer service and communication skills. Requirements - Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). - Pass a background check and a drug screening. - Authorized to work in the United States. - Comfortable driving throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and surrounding areas. - Flexible schedule with occasional overtime based on project needs.
