Position Summary: Restaurant Crew Members play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. They greet guests warmly, prepare orders accurately, and work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide friendly and prompt service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience. - Process orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. - Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations during shifts. - Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant. - Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and complete all assigned duties by shift’s end. - Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong communication, and a willingness to learn and grow.
