Responsibilities: Work as a team to complete jobs in a timely manner Dig, Back-fill, and Install Load and unload materials Job site management: examine and inspect job progress Safely operate company vehicle and equipment Maintain a clean and safe job site Qualifications: Must be 21+ Must have a valid driver's license with a favorable driving record We are a drug-free workplace. Must undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check Previous construction experience Experience operating heavy machinery a plus (not required) Must be able to bend and stoop Must be comfortable working outside and walking on uneven ground Bilingual English & Spanish is a plus Benefits: Bonuses Paid Holidays On-the-job training provided Medical insurance 401K and Roth Tuition reimbursement Compensation: $18-$20/hr DOE
