This will be a Remote position.** As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the **Crew Chief** demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. **This role will be a Remote/Hybrid role based out of Pueblo, with the Crew Chief coming up to the Colorado Springs office 2-3 times a week as needed** **Pay Rate:** $25-28/Hr. We are one of a select few members of the SERVPRO Global Disaster Recovery Team Program, singling us out as one the largest producers of commercial damage restoration in the country and worldwide. **QUALIFICATIONS:** - 2 years experience in the Fire and Water restoration industry - Have a valid IICRC WRT certification required - Because we provide 24-hour emergency services, must be willing to be on call occasionally - Some night and weekend work is required - Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds - A valid driver's license - Subject to criminal background check **JOB DESCRIPTION:** - Explain restoration processes and answer customer questions - Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns. - Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities - Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control - Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and worker - Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details - Manage and control costs of production projects - Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly ***SERVPRO is an equal-opportunity employer.
