This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. **Pay Rate: $25-28/Hr. We are one of a select few members of the **SERVPRO** **Global Disaster Recovery Team Program**, singling us out as one the largest producers of commercial damage restoration in the country and worldwide. **PERKS:** - Opportunity for OT + On Call Bonuses - Weekly Pay Schedule - PTO & Sick Pay - Medical, Vison, Dental, Life Insurance - Advancement opportunities - Working for one of the largest and best SERVPRO Franchise's **QUALIFICATIONS:** - 2 years experience in the Fire and Water restoration industry - Have a valid IICRC WRT certification preferred - Because we provide 24-hour emergency services, must be willing to be on call occasionally - Some night and weekend work are required - Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds - A valid driver license - HS Diploma or GED required. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** - Communicate restoration processes and answer customer questions - Monitor, explain, and respond to customer needs/concerns. - Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities - Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control - Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and worker - Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details - Manage and control costs of production projects ***SERVPRO is an equal opportunity employer.
