| **Summary** | | --- | | Responsible for posting customer account payments, monitoring and reconciling customer accounts. | | **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** | | · Posting cash receipts and making AR adjustments · Processing credit card payments · Reconciling Kerusso ecommerce accounts · Reviewing credit profiles and public information for new applicants · Setting up new customer accounts · Monthly customer account statements · Posting credit memos for customer returns · Internal employee orders · Monitor customer accounts, incoming orders and open invoices · Perform collection duties for customer past due balances · Communication with internal and external customers to resolve discrepancies and complaints · Invoicing orders for outgoing shipments · Reviewing existing accounts for creditworthiness · Any other job duties that may be assigned by the credit manager as needed | ### Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, STD, LTD, Critical Illness, Accident, Life, gym membership
