ABOUT YOU We are looking for a Credit Analyst who is a detail-oriented, high-ownership generalist to join our Xsolla Video Games Credit Fund team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to take broad tasks off the senior team—owning conference preparation, investor research, presentations, financial models, and deal analysis from concept to completion. Strong research, Excel, PowerPoint, written communication, and coordination skills are essential, along with experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, startups, or business operations. The ability to structure ambiguous tasks into clear outputs, workplans, deadlines, and next steps will be key to your success in this role.
