Position Summary Aventon is seeking a Creative Producer to help define and execute the future of our brand storytelling. This role sits at the intersection of creative development and production execution, partnering closely with the Creative Director, Brand Director, and cross-functional teams to bring compelling campaigns and content to life across digital, social, retail, ecommerce, experiential, and paid media channels. The Creative Producer is responsible for helping transform ideas into executable creative work, from early concept development and script writing through production, post-production, and final delivery. This role combines strong storytelling instincts with hands-on production expertise and requires someone who can contribute creatively while also managing the operational realities of bringing high-quality content to market. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and experienced in managing complex photo, video, and content productions. You thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at coordinating multiple stakeholders, and possess a strong understanding of modern content ecosystems, visual storytelling, and production workflows.
