We've found real product market fit and are growing fast, combining clinical rigor with a product experience that actually feels human. Now we're building out the team to match that momentum, and the people we hire now will shape what Lotus looks and feels like for years to come. The Role We're looking for the person who becomes the look of Lotus. You're a rare combination: creative director, concept originator, designer, and copywriter, all in one person, and you execute your own vision daily. You've built a brand system from the ground up that actually shipped, and when you talk about it, you say "that was me." You think in positioning and storytelling first, aesthetics second, with taste that makes health feel premium, warm, and human. This is a founding role on our new LA office team. You'll set the visual and creative tone for Lotus from day one, and everything that follows will carry your fingerprints. What we're looking for - Creative direction, concepting, design, and copywriting in one person, with daily hands-on execution in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator - A shipped, end-to-end brand system you led: identity, web, social, and campaign work you can point to and say "that was me" - Strong instincts for positioning and storytelling, not just visual polish - AI tools built into your everyday creative workflow - Taste that makes health feel premium, warm, and human - Experience building for or marketing to women's audiences is a strong plus - Based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles, joining as part of the founding LA office team If this is you, we want to talk.
