If you are driven, solution-focused, results-oriented, and a true team player, we want to talk to you. **We offer an excellent benefits package including:** - **Health/dental/vision/disability insurance** - **Paid time off** - **Paid holidays** - **401k with employer match and 100% vesting from the beginning** - **Paid weekly** - **Company Paid Life Insurance** **TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** - Loading and unloading of crane equipment from trailers - Directs the process of set up and tear down of cranes on site - Performs equipment inspections to ensure safe operation - Clean equipment and maintain crane mechanisms - Responsible for tracking and reporting hours for routine maintenance - Adheres to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and state laws at all times - Ensures adherence to safe work practices and procedures - Perform rigging work including jacking, skating, heavy forklift operation and loading/unloading trucks - Assist with iron work/labor activities for large structures - Fill in Truck Driving, as required (applicable with a CDL License) **Requirements:** - 5 years experience with 100 ton hydraulic truck cranes. - Experience erecting Structural Steel. - Class A CDL. - A high school diploma or GED is required; secondary education is appreciated and will be considered when determining pay scale · - Current licensures from the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) and applicable state licensing - Must be able to pass and maintain a DOT physical - Must be punctual, dependable and act as a team player - Ability to work under pressure effectively - Must be familiar with or willing to learn OSHA and MSHA safety regulation - Willingness to multitask and strong communications skills are required - Must be willing to work some weekends as needed for client shutdowns - Ability to work in various outdoor weather conditions - Strong math skills are required We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer, making decisions without regard to race, color, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, national origin, age, veteran status, disability, or any other protected class.
