Coursework Entry Processor (PTE)

The Data Entry Processor of a centralized application service is responsible for daily processing of coursework entry of applications for all incoming US and Canadian transcripts that are written in English. Responsibilities: Prepares data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information. Verifies applicant data by entering individual coursework using official post-secondary transcripts. Corresponds with Manager, Verification and/or CSM with questions relative to any transcript issues. Accurately follows service‐specific guidelines. Meets quantitative and qualitative standards as set by department. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred Data Entry and Organizational skills Attention to detail and confidentiality High tolerance for repetitive work Familiarity with application processes preferred Privacy Policy | GDPR | CCPA Compliance
