The County of Washington Behavioral Health & Developmental Services Department is seeking applicants for the position of Mental Health Program Specialist 2. As a MH Program Specialist 2 (Complex Case Manager), you will perform the following duties: - **Case Coordination:** Support individuals with complex needs by guiding service planning and crisis response - **Interagency Collaboration:** Work with providers, courts, hospitals, and county partners to resolve issues and improve care - **Data Management:** Review information, analyze outcomes, and prepare reports that track service delivery - **Service Oversight:** Monitor programs, assist with licensing reviews, and help ensure quality standards are met - **Community Support:** Engage specialty populations and help organize trainings that strengthen community knowledge - **Emergency Response:** Assess urgent situations and verify that proper steps are taken to protect participant welfare **Work Schedule and Additional Information:** - Full-time employment - Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
