Cambria County Children & Youth Services (CYS) is looking for an outgoing individual to serve as the lead fiscal staff in the agency. As a Fiscal Officer 2, you will help manage budgets, oversee reporting, and support financial decision making. As a County Fiscal Officer 2, you will perform the following duties: - **Staff Supervision:** Train fiscal staff and monitor daily tasks and assigned projects - **Budget Preparation:** Prepare state and county budgets by reviewing expenditures and projecting program costs - **Financial Reporting:** Oversee completion of state and federal expenditure reports and ensure compliance with regulations - **Audit Coordination:** Assist with audit preparation and participate in required reviews - **Revenue Management:** Administer mandated reports for federal and state reimbursements including multiple funding streams - **Eligibility Review:** Oversee review of applications to determine medical coverage and Title IV-E eligibility for children entering placement **Work Schedule and Additional Information:** - Full-time employment - Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. - **Telework:** You will not have the option to telework in this position. - **Salary:** In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. - You will receive further communication regarding this position via email.
