Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a part-time 1st shift Country Store Sales Associate to join our team in Oakwood. **** **SHIFT HOURS:** Monday through Friday, approximately 20-25 hours a week. Hours dependent on seasonal demand. Candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule! **STARTING HOURLY RATE:** $17.30 with the potential of increasing to $17.55 after 90 days **ADDITIONAL PAY:** Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) Job functions include: - Serving all customers in a friendly, positive manner - Maintaining a clean, food safe environment - Cutting Deli meat with a Slicer - Stocking the freezers - Assisting in opening and closing of the store - Assisting store manager in creating specials that attract customers and provide ideas to increase sales ## Requirements - Must be 18 years of age - Must have Basic Math Skills - Ability to use a Calculator as well as Adequate Computer Skills - Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds - Must have Previous Customer Service Experience within the Food Industry - Must ServSafe Certified
