This role The Marketing Manager Indonesia is responsible for driving local brand growth and customer acquisition/originations through strategic marketing initiatives across Indonesia. The role leads PR and communications, partner and retail marketing, point-of-sale visibility, branding, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns to strengthen PayJoy’s market presence, increase customer engagement, and support revenue growth. This position works cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, CX, Collections, Risk, Product, and Operations to deliver high-impact marketing programs that improve channel performance and drive device activations across Indonesia’s diverse, multi-island market.
