Countertop Installer (Lead & Technician Opportunities) - Pittsburgh, PA

## Overview Classic Rock Fabrication is seeking both **Lead Installers** and **Install Technicians** to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the delivery and installation of high-quality countertops while ensuring adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and customer satisfaction. Depending on experience, candidates will be considered for either a **Lead Installer** or **Install Technician** role. ## Install Technician (Entry to Mid-Level) Install Technicians support the installation process and work alongside Lead Installers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company standards. ### Key Responsibilities - Load and unload countertops, backsplashes, and materials - Assist with countertop installations following company standards - Utilize basic construction and fabrication tools - Maintain a clean and safe job site - Communicate effectively with team members and customers - Represent the company professionally on job sites - Follow all safety procedures and company policies ## Lead Installer (Experienced) Lead Installers oversee countertop installations, ensure quality workmanship, and lead installation teams on job sites. ### Key Responsibilities - Perform full countertop installations, including seam setting, leveling, and finishing - Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards - Supervise and mentor Install Technicians and helpers - Communicate with customers on-site to ensure a positive experience - Complete job documentation and maintain job site cleanliness - Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in the field ## Compensation - **Install Technician:** $20.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience) - **Lead Installer:** $22.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience) ## Work Environment - Combination of indoor and outdoor work - Exposure to varying weather conditions - Physically demanding role requiring lifting, bending, and standing ## Why Join Classic Rock Fabrication? - Competitive pay based on experience - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - 401(k) with Company Match - Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays - Company-Paid Life Insurance - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Hands-on training and career development - Opportunity to grow into a Lead Installer role - Team-oriented environment focused on quality and customer satisfaction ## Install Technician Qualifications - No experience required; construction or general labor experience preferred - Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor - Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment - Valid driver's license required - Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments ## Lead Installer Qualifications - 2–4 years of countertop installation or related construction experience required - Strong knowledge of countertop installation or a similar skilled trade - Ability to lead a team and work independently - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards - Ability to read measurements and accurately use hand and power tools - Valid driver's license required
