This is a hands-on, forward-deployed role. You will support test and evaluation events, run demonstrations, lead system fielding and operator training, and own the day-to-day customer relationship. This position bridges engineering, operations, and customer success. The right candidate understands the C-UAS kill chain, detect, track, identify, and defeat, and is comfortable troubleshooting a sensor stack at a range, walking a customer through system capabilities, and training operators who are new to the system. You will be the person our customers call first. **Key Responsibilities (Principal Duties and Accountabilities \*Essential Functions)** - Serve as the field technical SME for the company's C-UAS systems, spanning detection sensors, C2 software, and defeat mechanisms, in support of test, demonstration, fielding, and training events. - Support planning and execution of test events and customer demonstrations against representative Group 1-3 threats, including system setup, live operations, and post-event debriefs. - Support site surveys, system emplacement, and sensor optimization during fielding. - Lead operator training during fielding events, and help maintain training materials, TTPs, and SOPs. - Perform field-level troubleshooting, maintenance, and software/firmware updates on deployed detection and defeat systems. - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts: track issues, coordinate engineering support, and keep customers informed through resolution. - Capture field observations on detection performance and threat encounters and report them back to engineering and product teams. ## Requirements - Fluency in English (written and spoken) - Active SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI Eligibility preferred **Education** - Bachelors Degree in a relevant field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. **Required Skills, Experience & Abilities** - 5+ years of hands-on experience operating, maintaining, integrating, or instructing on C-UAS or air defense systems in a military, government, or defense industry setting. - Working knowledge of the C-UAS kill chain and system components: radar, RF direction finding, EO/IR sensors, C2/fusion software, electronic attack, and kinetic or directed energy defeat mechanisms. - Demonstrated experience planning and executing C-UAS test events, live-fly demonstrations, or fielding activities at military ranges or operational sites. - Experience training military or government operators, including curriculum delivery and operator qualification. - Understanding of the current sUAS threat landscape, including commercial and improvised Group 1-3 platforms, FPV attack profiles, and navi…
