## **Counter Sales** **Responsibilities** - Greet customers at the counter and identify tire and service needs - Look up tires and services in MaddenCo - Quote prices, explain options (warranty, brands, road hazard) - Process payments - Schedule customer vehicle work with the shop - Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims - Answer phone calls and email inquiries - Maintain showroom appearance - Handle national account billing - Process accounts payable (stamping invoices for approval) - Stamp receivings (tires received in) - Handle incoming and outgoing mail - Backup the counter and store operations when needed - Computer literacy required - Other duties as assigned **Expectations** - Friendly, knowledgeable customer interactions - Accurate pricing and product information - Convert quotes to sales at expected rates - No PCI violations; never handle customer card data outside the POS - Computer literacy - Discretion with employee and customer information **Pay & Benefits** - Competitive hourly pay based on experience - overtime and bonus opportunities available - Medical, dental, vision insurance - Paid time off - 401(k) with company with company match
