Apply today!** ### **Job Summary** The Master Counselor demonstrates above-standard clinical knowledge and performance, leading to enhanced care and improved quality outcomes. This position meets or exceeds expectations in providing clinical services to individuals and families and actively collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to address clients' clinical needs. The role includes professional interpretation and analysis of clinical data to formulate service plans and treatment summaries. As a subject matter expert on clinical practices and Diversus Health protocols, the Master Counselor supports staff and helps navigate client treatment needs through internal and external referrals.
