At Pyramid Healthcare New River Valley Inpatient in Radford, we specialize in Substance Use Disorder treatment. If you would like to use your experience and education, to create a positive footprint at our new program, we invite you to apply to this wonderful opportunity. - Address: 6226 University Park Drive, Radford, VA - Schedule: Full time, 40 hours/week, in-person - Salary Range: $65,000/year - $85,000/year Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Facilitates group therapy, including preparation of materials, through research and construction of curriculum as needed. - Carrying a limited caseload as deemed necessary. - Communicating with referral sources and company representatives regularly to strengthen relationships and address concerns/problems. - Work closely to coordinate care with internal treatment providers regarding evaluation of client needs and/or medication management as appropriate. - Manages client files by conducting scheduled audits to ensure proper documentation is present and all licensing regulations are met. - Facilitates and attends weekly treatment team meetings. - Assists staff and program scheduling as needed. - As needed, conducts insurance reviews and assessments. - Supports with intake process with new clients into program as applicable. - Participates in on-call duties for the facility to assist line staff with client behavioral and emotional needs as applicable. - Oversees Family Programming including but not limited to the facilitation of psycho-educational programming as deemed appropriate. - Provide recommendations and assist in coordination of aftercare planning for clients. - Assist Clinical Supervisor/Clinical Director with clerical duties and any other duties as assigned. - Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with regard to all company information - Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities. - Other duties as assigned. Education/Experience - Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling - CSAC, LCSW, LPC, LSATP licensure or individuals under board-approved clinical supervision as a prerequisite to licensure - Current CPR, AED and First Aid preferred **Pyramid CORE Values:** We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.
