Our relatives come first and deserve the best. **Position Summary:** The Counselor Aide Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Counselor Aide team during assigned shifts, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and culturally responsive care to residents. This role provides direct supervision to Counselor Aide staff, monitors facility safety and security, and ensures adherence to all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Serve the needs of our Relatives first by delivering the highest quality, professional, responsive and innovative care. **Job Responsibilities** **** - Provide direct supervision to Counselor Aide staff during assigned shifts, ensuring effective, consistent, and efficient team performance. - Serve as the primary point of contact for all shift-related operational needs, staff concerns, and real-time decision-making. - Maintain and monitor staff work schedules to ensure adequate shift coverage, including day, swing, and graveyard shifts, and address gaps due to sick leave, vacations, or emergencies. - Complete and verify electronic timekeeping entries for Counselor Aide staff and address discrepancies in a timely manner. - Ensure patient health, safety, and facility security policies and procedures are always upheld, including conducting regular facility monitoring. - Respond to patient health needs pro…
