As a Corrections Food Service Instructor, you will perform the following duties: - **Food Instruction:** Train inmates in food preparation, production, service, baking, and safe equipment use - **Sanitation Oversight:** Inspect equipment, food, and work areas to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards - **Supply Management:** Review menus, adjust recipes, recycle leftovers, and manage food and supply storage - **Work Coordination:** Assign inmate work tasks, review performance, and maintain accurate worker records - **Custody Control:** Maintain care, custody, and control of inmates during work activities Interested in learning more?
