Corporate Recruiter

Located in Arlington, VA [solidcore] is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This role is for someone who brings the same intensity and passion to talent acquisition that our coaches bring to the studio floor! Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this position is ideal for an individual eager to contribute to the growth of our corporate departments within our rapidly expanding company. The Corporate Recruiter will collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition, TA Managers, and Hiring Managers to help create a best-in-class hiring & onboarding experience for candidates consistent with [solidcore] brand standards, as well as assist with additional components of the full-cycle talent acquisition process. Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and interviewing for our headquarters departments to identify top talent.
