Corporate Finance Manager

[solidcore] is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Manager to join our team! This is a high-visibility role with a leader in the boutique fitness sector and at a rapidly growing company with a collaborative culture. This role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in our Arlington, VA office near Washington D.C. As a key member of our finance team, you'll own the corporate finance infrastructure that supports our senior leaders, investors, and lenders. This position reports directly to the VP of Finance and plays a meaningful role in the analysis and materials that shape the company’s financial narrative, capital structure and executive-level decision-making across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with an investment banking or private equity background who is ready to step into an operating role with significant ownership and exposure.
