Join us to make a meaningful impact on the real estate market while contributing to a collaborative, mission-driven team. ### Key Responsibilities **Key Responsibilities** - Build strong, consultative partnerships with General Managers to understand hiring needs, office dynamics, and what distinguishes top- performing agents. - Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards. - Create and refine job descriptions, conduct intake meetings, and maintain tailored candidate pipelines. - Guide hiring managers and interview teams through a structured interview and selection process, providing recommendations and market insights. - Maintain accurate and timely candidate data and activity tracking within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline while ensuring prompt, equitable, and high-quality communication throughout the process. - Own the offer process including preparation, negotiation, and acceptance, ensuring a seamless handoff to Preboarding. ### Qualifications **Qualifications:** - 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments (corporate or agency). - Experience recruiting for 1099 and commission-only roles, highly preferred. - Strong sourcing capability, levering sourcing tools and platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems (Lever or similar). - Sourcing expertise, including passive outreach and research-driven strategies. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, educate, and build trust with stakeholders and candidates. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with accuracy. - Bachelor’s degree preferred. **Travel Requirements:** Travel up to 30% (multi-state) to partner with General Managers and support market hiring initiatives.
