CMC Hotels is seeking an experienced above property Chief Maintenance Engineer who will be responsible for overseeing Hotel properties maintenance programs and work alongside property maintenance teams to assist with larger projects. Must have experience with door locking mechanism's such as Saflok, Dormakaba, Aculock, RFID. General Requirements; Must have CPO certification Must have 5+ years working Maintenance experience with Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC Must have 2+ years experience with Hotel Maintenance Must have trade school experience or equivalent working experience HVAC certified and have all current certifications to include EPA a plus
