As a Corporate Onboarding Account Manager, you will be a key driver of customer success for BILL's corporate accounts, owning the onboarding experience from kickoff through full utilization. You will leverage consultative selling skills, advanced product expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure corporate clients achieve rapid time-to-value and long-term success with BILL's platform. Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company Retain and expand the revenue of BILL's corporate accounts by driving full utilization and identifying expansion opportunities throughout the onboarding lifecycle. Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with finance and accounting executives at corporate accounts, serving as a strategic advisor through every phase of implementation. Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for a complex book of corporate business — managing kickoffs, training, adoption milestones, and escalations to ensure clients go live efficiently and successfully. Manage a complex pipeline of onboarding opportunities using CRM analytics; forecast revenue outcomes accurately and adjust strategies based on pipeline insights with minimal guidance. Leverage consultative selling skills to tailor onboarding approaches to different buyer personas, company structures, and accounting workflows, driving each customer from implementation to full utilization. Identify customer pain points and proactively remove roadblocks to product adoption, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on BILL's products and services, including upcoming features; educate clients and share best practices with teammates.
