Founded in 2001, B&P services clients in a variety of sectors including resort/casino, health care, education, real estate, law and more. ## Job Description B&P Advertising, Media and Public Relations is looking for a curious, motivated writer to join our creative team. This is an entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who loves writing, asking questions, and learning how brands connect with audiences. You’ll work alongside experienced creative directors, art directors, and account teams to develop content for a wide range of clients, including healthcare, education, tourism, and other industries that make a real impact in our community. You don’t need agency experience to succeed here. We’re more interested in strong writing skills, curiosity, work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Please note this is an onsite position. What You’ll Do - Write website copy, landing pages, blogs, emails, and social media content - Assist in developing advertising campaigns and creative concepts - Conduct research and interview clients or subject matter experts - Adapt your writing style to fit different brands and audiences - Use AI tools responsibly to support research and content development - Contribute to creative discussions - Support in proofreading and quality assurance ## Qualifications What We’re Looking For - Strong writing and editing skills - Excellent grammar and attention to detail - Critical thinking, curiosity and a desire to learn - Ability to organize information and tell a compelling story - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Comfortable receiving feedback and revising work - Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar Preferred Backgrounds We welcome applicants from a variety of disciplines, including: - Journalism - Public Relations - Communications - Advertising - Marketing - English - Digital Media Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
