Who You Are We are looking for an experienced, curious, and driven Copado Release Lead to own and orchestrate the end-to-end Salesforce release process using the Copado DevOps platform. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of Salesforce delivery, DevOps engineering, sandbox management, and cross-team collaboration. You will serve as the primary gatekeeper for release quality, pipeline governance, sandbox environment health, and deployment automation. You will lead a small team of Release Support Specialists, mentor them, and represent the release function in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings. You will work closely with distributed development teams, QA, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure every release is safe, traceable, and delivered on time. The right person for this role does not wait for answers to come to them. They ask the right questions early, surface risk before it becomes a problem, and keep every stakeholder ahead of the curve. Curiosity and proactiveness are not optional here. They are core to the job.
