What You’ll Do The Revenue Royalty and Compliance Coordinator (Royalty Zone) will partner and support several departments (Revenue Team, Compliance Team, Billing & Collections, The Brand Team & Product Approvals Team). You’ll be a key asset in driving performance improvements in the area of Royalty, Revenue, Compliance & Administration. What you’ll be working on Coordinate with licensees on timely submission of quarterly reports Track licensee compliance status Review licensee compliance and follow-up on delinquent reports and missing information Collect, review, and analyze revenue reports to calculate royalty obligations. Interpret and apply contractual terms to royalty calculations. Monitor compliance with royalty agreements and escalate discrepancies. Maintain royalty and compliance databases and documentation. Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and external partners regarding revenue tracking and royalty issues. Support internal audits and respond to external audit requests. Assist in improving royalty processing workflows and compliance procedures. Must Haves Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in royalty accounting, compliance, or revenue management. common in industries such as entertainment, publishing, technology licensing, and natural resources. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with royalty contract structures and revenue-sharing models. Proficient in Excel (V-lookup, X-lookup, etc.) and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or royalty management tools). Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
