Coordinator of Enrollment Operations

Rider University invites applications for a Coordinator of Enrollment Operations. Reporting to the Associate Director, the Coordinator of Enrollment Operations supports the effective administration of enrollment-related processes through data management, system support, testing, reporting, and operational coordination. This position is responsible for maintaining data integrity across enrollment systems, executing data imports and updates, supporting system enhancements and testing activities, and assisting with the development and implementation of efficient business processes. The Coordinator serves as a resource to Enrollment Management staff and collaborates with campus partners to ensure accurate, timely, and effective enrollment operations. - Bachelor's degree required, or 4-8 years of relevant professional experience supporting administrative, enrollment, student services, or academic operations within a higher education environment - Strong understanding of data management and records maintenance - Ability to interpret and apply institutional policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse constituencies - Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required. - Knowledge of admissions, financial aid, registrar, or student accounts operations and related software tools
