**Job Description**We’re currently searching for a Coordinator for Testing Services to join our Services for Students with Disabilities team in Blacksburg, VA to help us in our mission. We collaborate with campus partners to remove barriers and meet the individualized access needs of disabled students. SSD supports success through the promotion of student learning and the development of advocacy skills. **Required Qualifications**• Experience working with students or providing administrative support in an academic setting. • Familiarity with the ADA, Section 504, and other disability laws and regulations. • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient utilization of various software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Intermediate level Excel, PowerPoint) and email. **Preferred Qualifications**• Associate Degree in business, human services or related field and/or equivalent related experience. • Experience in disability services or testing accommodations in higher education. • Knowledge of assistive technologies and testing accommodations for students with disabilities. • Knowledge of FERPA guidelines. • Experience creating Accessible material. • Familiarity with accommodation management software, such as AIM or RegisterBlast. **Pay Band**4 **Overtime Status**Exempt: Not eligible for overtime **Appointment Type**Regular **Salary Information**$50,000 - $55,000 **Hours per week**40 **Review Date**07/20/2026 **Additional Information**The successful candidate will be required to have a criminal conviction check. **About Virginia Tech**Dedicated to its motto, *Ut Prosim* (That I May Serve), Virginia Tech pushes the boundaries of knowledge by taking a hands-on, transdisciplinary approach to preparing scholars to be leaders and problem-solvers.
