Factors such as temperature, noise or ventilation yield a perceptible level of discomfort. · **Modified Working Environment** – Not eligible. · **Other -** Possession of valid driver’s license and approved insurability status by Gibault’s insurance carrier Preferred. ## Description **Position Summary**: The Cooks are responsible for meal preparation and the routine cleaning of the kitchen area, equipment and utensils. **Performance Standards** 1. Implement the decisions of your immediate supervisor or managers within your chain of command. 2. Each employee must make it a daily responsibility to check temperatures of food being served, freezers, and refrigerators. These temperature checks must be documented on the logs posted in these areas. 3. Exhibit sensitivity to the clients’ cultural and socioeconomic characteristics. 4. Provide a positive role model for the clients at all times through appearance, attitude, and behavior. 5. Attend all in-services, General Staff Meetings, and meetings called by their supervisor. 6.
